These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WiFiCert platform, including the self-assessment tools, certification services and related features (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
WiFiCert provides tools and services designed to support the assessment, review and, where applicable, certification of wireless network environments.
The WiFiCert self-assessment is based on information submitted by the user and is intended to provide an indicative review only.
Completion of a self-assessment does not in itself constitute certification. Certification, if granted, is issued only following review and validation by WiFiCert.
By using the Service, you confirm that:

Any certification decision remains subject to WiFiCert’s review, validation processes, and any additional checks or clarifications it may require.

Assessment results are provided for informational purposes only and must not be interpreted as a guarantee of network performance, user experience, service continuity or suitability for any particular operational or commercial purpose.
You remain responsible for any decisions, actions or representations made in reliance on the results.
Any certification issued by WiFiCert reflects the information and conditions available at the time of assessment and review only.
Certification does not guarantee ongoing performance, future network conditions, continued compliance, uninterrupted service quality or suitability for every user, device or environment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or exploit any such materials without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiFiCert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or business loss arising from:

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
